    • Development of design concepts.

    WMB Architects is seeking a creative and motivated profession to support our business development program. The position offers a stimulating array of responsibilities in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The Marketing Coordinator performs a vital role in supporting the development of marketing, proposal and promotional resources to further WMB Architects’ 50+ year portfolio of architectural excellence and quality service in Northern California.

    • Marketing Coordination:
      • Prepare and maintain written and graphic presentation material for marketing collateral.
      • Organize, develop, and maintain marketing tools and content.
      • Coordinate and maintain branding throughout the company material and collateral.
      • Coordinate project photography and library.
    • Promotion:
      • Update and maintain the WMB website.
      • Initiate and maintain content of social media promotion.
      • Prepare content and publish branding media – monthly e-card, promotional emails.
      • Monitor opportunities and prepare award submissions.
    • Proposal Development:
      • Coordinate team efforts to prepare responses, submittals, proposal, and interviews.
      • Write copy for proposals and marketing materials.
      • Work with architectural team to develop and prepare proposal/qualification response documents.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or Communications.
    • 2+ years of marketing experience: knowledge and experience in the AEC industry preferred.
    • Strong organizational, graphic, written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient skills and experience with word processing, image processing and publication software – Word, Excel, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Bluebeam
