WMB Architects is seeking a licensed architect to join our dynamic team. We are looking for creative, self-directed individuals who are passionate about architecture with excellent communication and technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Key Support for Project Architect across all phases of design process on a wide range of architectural projects.
- Collaboration with design team and studio at large from concept design through construction administration.
- Development of design concepts.
- Assist in developing design and technical solutions for projects in all phases.
- Coordination with client representatives, consulting engineers, and designers, jurisdictional authorities, and contractors to realize project goals.
- Provide productions of design drawings, presentation drawings, and digital models
- Research products and materials and develop project specifications.
- Demonstrate motivation in seeking new responsibilities and challenges.
Qualifications
- California Architectural License.
- Professional Architectural Degree with 4-6 years of experience.
- Communication, Leadership, and Organization skills.
- Development of construction documents with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCad.
