Exploring one’s imagination and translating those visions into a built reality drives Ishita’s professional practice. Even before her architectural education, she helped her parents with small renovation projects. Ishita completed her bachelor’s degree in Noida, India at the Amity School of Architecture and Planning and earned a Master of Architecture and Certificate in Building Facade Art, Science and Technologies, from the University of Southern California. She finds great satisfaction in the power of architecture to add value to people’s daily lives. From analyzing options and problem-solving to playing a role in world creation, Ishita understands the importance of responsible design practices. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling. Her international explorations inspire her design process and cultural recognition and broaden her design thinking, influencing her daily projects. Ishita supports the architectural profession through participation in NOMA and AIA as well as the USC Guild mentorship program.
