Tim Mattheis

Creative expression filled Tim’s childhood and his passion for art and drawing evolved into the captivating world of design and construction. An internship exposed him to the hands-on creation of purposeful space-making and reinforced his enthusiasm for the architectural profession. Tim’s educational pursuits include a Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly, an Architecture Seminar Program in Paris, and a Master of Architecture and Certificate in Urban Design from the University of Washington. He takes great satisfaction in WMB’s role in the development of buildings and environments that positively influence and shape the daily life experiences of people and communities. He further supports community enrichment through involvement in The Rotary Club of Sacramento and as an Event Chair for Sacramento Century Challenge, a fundraiser for Children’s Home. In his spare time, he explores his creativity through the immersive experience of Plein Aire Watercolor Painting. As a leader of WMB, Tim helps the team thoughtfully harness creative energy in the problem-solving process to provide clients with inspired and well-considered design solutions.
