Melanie Vieux

Pursuing her passion for art and design, Melanie began her college studies focused on interior architecture at California College of the Arts. An internship experience expanded her perspective, and she pivoted to the field of architecture, receiving her degree from Cal Poly. Developing successful client relationships drives Melanie as well as playing an integral role in helping client’s visions become a reality. Outside of office time, she enjoys traveling and hopes to do more as time allows. Each trip offers inspirational insights into how heritage and culture shape our surroundings. As a firm leader, she values the contributions of each team member and is inspired by their talents and knowledge, no matter the stage of their careers. In addition to guiding the WMB team, Melanie serves in leadership roles for numerous community-based organizations, including Mary Graham Children’s Foundation, the Rotary Club of Stockton, Goodwill Industries—San Joaquin Valley, San Joaquin County Building Board of Appeals, and the City of Stockton Cultural Heritage Board.
